My name is Kevin Bagnall, and I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Mechanical Engineering
at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). As a part of the Device Research Laboratory, I work on thermal and mechanical issues
in high power semiconductor devices, specifically gallium nitride (GaN) electronics. I am primarily interested in advanced thermal
characterization tools, semiconductor device physics, modeling, and applied mathematics. Please click on the links to view more about my
educational background and past and present research.
