Kevin Bagnall

My name is Kevin Bagnall, and I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). As a part of the Device Research Laboratory, I work on thermal and mechanical issues in high power semiconductor devices, specifically gallium nitride (GaN) electronics. I am primarily interested in advanced thermal characterization tools, semiconductor device physics, modeling, and applied mathematics.
