Tumor vasculature targeting with nanoparticles

The efficacy of targeted nanoparticles against tumor antigens is limited by extravasation barrier and slow diffusion of nanoparticles in the interstitium. This project hopes to improve the delivery of nanoparticle payload by targeting the tumor vasculature. Tumor endothelial cells express different antigens from normal endothelial cells, making them good target for cancer therapy.
