Gift Annuity

When you establish a Koch gift annuity, MIT pays you, your beneficiary, or both a fixed income for life.

Payments begin immediately, and are backed by the full faith and credit of MIT.

With an MIT gift annuity, you receive:

  • A guaranteed fixed income for life
  • An income tax deduction for a portion of the gift’s value
  • Tax-free and/or tax-favored income
  • No charge for professional investment and management services
  • The satisfaction of supporting cancer research
