on hug.lcs.mit.edu : mozilla open, viewing /afs/ops/user/kolya/scratch/sysmon.html, running cvs-head

on p1: sysmond running, writing to sysmon.html, and multics has just been
null-routed, and sysmond noticed & wrote out to html file(?)

reloading the page on hug made mozilla freeze and all of afs deadlock too
