must: 4 cans of coconut milk (13.5oz) should: 2 stalks lemongrass salt may: 1 chicken breast half vegetables (pepper strips, tomato, lychee?, etc) finely chopped ginger chili peppers / chili sauce lime 2 teaspoons fish sauce spoon coconut cream into separate bowl (top white layer). pour coconut milk (transparent) into pot, heat until starts boiling. take outer layer off lemongrass stalks, cut remainder into pieces. add cut lemongrass and ginger to pot, cook for 5 minutes. cut chicken and/or vegetables into chunks, add to soup, cook for 5 minutes. add chili peppers / chili sauce / lime juice / fish sauce.
