Salt the inside of the peppers, let sit for a few minutes. Stuff stuffing inside. Place single layer in a cooking pot, fill with water (both inside and outside) to the top of bell peppers, boil for about 40 minutes. Topping: 4 medium tomatoes, diced 1/2 large chopped onion carrots Fry onions in skillet in mazola until yellow Mix in diced tomatoes, fry on med-low until done Maybe add grated carrots Drain bell peppers, top with tomato sauce.
