After realizing that most of my friends had needed to replace the CPU cooling fan inside of their computer at least once in the last 2 years, I decided to look into making a fan without any rotating parts. The first prototype worked pretty well, but would not be suitable for most CPU cooling applications. I'm working on a way to increase airflow and minimize vibration for the second prototype.
