
GRAFFITI ART WORKSHOP with TATS CRU

Are you an MIT student interested in learning graffiti art techniques?
Do you want to use your artistic skills to respond to Hurricane Katrina?
Students for Labor Justice (SLJ) and Office of the Arts are looking for politically minded artists to take part in a workshop with renowned Bronx graffiti artists TATS CRU! Tats Cru will teach graffiti art techniques and help MIT artists create a mural representing their visions of the political/socialissues surrounding Hurricane Katrina.
IF you are interested please send a digital sample of your work or a link to tag-justice AT mit and express your interest/idea for this mural by 8pm Sunday, SEPTEMBER 18TH. The workshpp will be on SEPTEMBER 22ND in the evening, time TBA (likely 7 to 10pm).
