The majority of people who come to Harvard Square probably come out of the T. There are three T entrances in the vicinity; this is the primary one.

Harvard Square was, for a long time, the terminus of the red line and it has always been a major bus hub. Whatever may be going on above ground, masses of people pass through Harvard.
