This subset includes the necessary support for Kerberos clients. It does not depend upon any other subsets. It provides the following end-user applications: kinit, klist, kpasswd, rkinit, ksu, and the utility programs ksrvtgt and ksrvutil. These files are copied or symlinked into /usr/athena/bin. The files /etc/athena/krb.conf and /etc/athena/krb.realms will always be copied local. The file /etc/services will be edited to contain entries for klogin, kshell, erlogin, kerberos, kerberos_master, and passwd_server if they are not already present.
