Homophobia and Hate Incidents An important component of creating a welcoming environment at MIT for all members of our community is a collective unwillingness to accept homophobic and/or hate-related incidents on campus. MIT-related policy information is available through the Lavender Guide. If you or someone you know is in immediate need of assistance, please utlize MIT's Emergency Resources . Officer Cheryl Vossmer of Police at MIT has been identified as a liaison to MIT's LBGT community and may be a useful contact for you (W89-225, 617-253-9755, crimbite@mit.edu). If you see graffiti or witness an incident and would like to report it (anonymous reporting is an option), please submit the following form (NOTE: this form is NOT connected to emergency response). Reporting helps us track incidents and can help us in removing graffiti, etc. Thank you. |
