Lavender Guide On-Line
Search

This Guide is intended as a resource for lesbian, bisexual, gay, transgender, questioning, and friendly students, faculty, and staff. Whether you've been out for years, are just opening the closet door, or are still exploring your sexuality, we hope this guide will be useful to you.

MIT and the Boston/Cambridge area offer many opportunities for LBGT and friendly folk to socialize, get support, and become involved. Seize them! We have compiled an extensive (but by no means comprehensive!) list of resources that you can use as a starting point. Remember that new events are always popping up, so check the local media frequently for more listings.

Feel free to contact us at lbgt@mit.edu with any questions, concerns, or new information, or if you just want to talk to someone. The hardcopy version of the Guide is no longer being printed; however, copies of the 2001-2002 version are still available in Student Life Programs (W20-549).

PLEASE NOTE: The Guide has not gone through a comprehensive review since the Summer of 2002, though information related to MIT events and groups has been updated as of August 2003.
