HOWTOs can be retrieved via anonymous FTP from the following sites:

as well as many mirror sites.

You can also browse HOWTOs in HTML format on the World Wide Web. Many mirror sites also mirror the HOWTO WWW files.

sunsite.unc.edu is heavily used, so PLEASE use a mirror site.

HOWTOs are also posted monthly to the Usenet newsgroup comp.os.linux.answers.
