The Laboratory for Nuclear Science at MIT invites applications for a postdoctoral research associate position to work on the LHCb experiment at CERN. The primary goal of LHCb is to search for physics beyond the standard model by studying rare and CP-violating decays of beauty and charm quarks. The successful candidate will play a major role in physics analysis and also in preparing the high-level (software) trigger for running at 13 TeV.
