UNRESOLVED ISSUES

User cancels install leaves files partially installed. (I couldn't find any evidence of this. -smcguire)

If username or password invalid, will get TCP command timeout error. This is probably not an issue since the log file indicates the appropriate error message. Also, the end user should never get an installer with a bad username or password.

Safe Fat Resource: Initial tests showed no observable difference between 68k and PPC code resources. Would be interesting to test with OT 1.1.1 and OT/PPP.

Pathname to file on ftp server is stored as a Pascal string, since it is entered as a Finder comment. Is a length of 255 characters enough?

Decompress files on-the-fly. Have source code and could evaluate for MacGzip, tar, and zip.
