Facilities Reservation Request Form

Currently, three separate areas in MacGregor may be reserved for activities: TFL, Dining Room, and BBQ Pits.

View the MacGregor Reservations Calendar to see which dates are available for reservations.

Before making a reservation request, please make sure that you have read over the Facilities Reservation Contract and the MIT Event Registration Policy.

This request form will send an e-mail to the MacGregor social chair, Deepti Mehta.  She must approve the request before it becomes official and is placed on the reservations calendar.
