MIT BONE MARROW DRIVE

In hopes of finding a bone marrow match for people in need throughout the world.
 

Building off of last years record setting Marrow Drives, the MIT Bone Marrow Drive is becoming a yearly tradition. This is your chance to save a life!!!

Who:
All Minorities (Asian/Pacific Islander, African-American, Latino, Native American, and Mixed Race) Eligibility Requirements (MS Word Format)If you were typed before, you do not need to be typed again. You are already in the National Registry.
How:
Complete health history form and donate one tablespoon of blood for your HLA type to enroll in the national registry. The whole process takes about 10-15 minutes.
And then?
If you are a match, you will be contaced by the National Marrow Donor Program for further testing, information, and permission.

In the previous two drives we had a tremendous response. In order to avoid delays on your schedule, we ask that you please set up an appointment. Walk-ins will be welcome and will be accommodated around those who have scheduled appointments.
