Hello everyone,

I've been asked by several to submit a bio.  There really isn't much to say,
but...

I am female, 30 years old.  Originally from New Jersey, I went to college in
Los Angeles and now live here, writing screenplays.  Meanwhile, I maintain a
"paying the rent" job at Paramount Pictures.  I've been here just over five
years.

As for my screen name, no I am not a Deep Space Nine fan -- although I do get
to file the contracts every day and I know how much money they all make.  ;)

"Quarkscrew" is actually an invention based on a former relationship.  I
guess that person was a closet Deep Space Niner.  Funny how I never knew
this.

As for my craft, I live to write and write to live.  I hope to be published
and produced one day, but if it never happens, I'll still feel quite
successful, because I at least do what I love every day of my life.   That's
why I think this whole email/internet explosion is the best thing that's
happened to human communication since someone dragged a stick in the dirt.
 People are writing again.  And reading again.  Even if they're not reading
me, I'm thrilled.

Well, that's about it.  Thanks to everyone for welcoming me to your world of
quality, and thanks for the kind/useful words about "Wating Game".  I really
appreciate it.

Hopefully I'll post something really brilliant one day, and surprise myself
most of all.
