Greetings To All,

After reading this list for about a week, I decided it was time to
introduce myself.  Hi, I'm Sarah.  I've been happily married for16
years, one son; we have an old gray cat named Amiga.

My other great loves include writing, collecting books, movies,
and gardening.  (I majored in horticulture)  I have written 3
screenplays, (none sold).  Absolutely love writing screenplays
because I so thoroughly enjoy the rhythms of dialog.  But for the
past few years, I've been obsessed with a novel -- which I am
certain will be published  . . . eventually . . . someplace.

I'll read almost any book about plants, but mostly collect old
herbals, books about the historical uses of plants, native plants, and
anything to do with butterflies and butterfly gardening.   If any of
you ever need information in these areas, please let me know.

I enjoy fantasy, as long as there's some degree of originality;
science fiction, as long as there's some degree of originality;
thrillers, unless it's too obvious that I'm being manipulated; and
about anything else that is funny, absurd, satirical, or just plain
weird.  (The above describes my preferences in films, as well)

I'm a political junky because, as I've already said, I enjoy the
absurd.  I listen to many types of music, especially classical, but
am downright passionate about the works of Gilbert And Sullivan.

And, I'm left-handed.
