I have been writing sporadically for the past 16 years - mostly as
an emotional release.  I only wrote poetry and song lyrics until
about three years ago when I became a mom.  I now also write
children's stories for my son (who, by the way is absolutely
brilliant, beautiful, and my reason for living).

I subscribed to writers two weeks ago.  I have enjoyed the group
immensely, and have finally gathered the courage to submit.  My
next message will contain my first submission.  It is a rhyming
children's game.  PLEASE provide crits.  I am particularly
concerned about the rhythm of the piece.
