Six Thinking Hats

    White Hat -  neutral data and information

    Red Hat - feelings, intuition, hunches, emotion

    Black Hat - Caution, critical judgment

    Yellow Hat - Optimism, logical positive view (feasibility, how can
it be done, benefits!)

    Green Hat - creative, new ideas, additional alternatives,
possibilities, hypotheses

    Blue Hat - overview, process-control, agenda setting, summaries,
conclusions and decisions.

Everyone puts on each hat - i.e., we all take part in Yellow Hat
thinking about the idea or problem under consideration.  Then, later, we
all might put on our black hats and look at difficulties.
