Date: Tue, 16 Dec 1997 00:25:30 EST From: Sunrise Thunders Silently Subject: INT: EMJAY: And while we wait... And as the judges count and tally and ho, reckon, enumerate, figure or total (awesome!), we present the silly tales of yesterday band playing old favorites... Old blather--a dog and his boy, separated by fate, rejoined through the loyalty of a dog and the love of a boy...go ahead and wring those tears into those hankies, writers... You left me!--a girl and her boy, separated by fate, unjoined through the stories of what happens to unwed parents...and now, probably never going to go through the heartbreak of divorce, but pining for that unknown romantic conquest, that dream of what might have been...heartbreakers, on your pens... Your love is like a flower (I think impatiens would be a good one for some people)--a poem rotting with rhyme, sentiment, and suitable for greeting cards anywhere... It's late, so I'll have to stop now, but please, feel free to contribute your list of elevator stories and department store poems... the polls may be closed, but the frivolities are just beginning. tink
