    On no, that's not always true.  I totally disagree with you.  But. . .

Since I have already been campaigning for LIST CURMUDGEON, I now formally
nominate myself, ME, Gene Chambers for the office of LIST CURMUDGEON, and
for those who might suggest that one cannot nominate one's self, I have only
one word. . .  BAH!  Make that TWO words. . .  BAH!  HUMBUG!

Also, I would like to nominate JUDY RAY for LIST LIBERAL.  And, be it known
that she can be elected whether or not she accepts the nomination. . . there
is plenty of precedent for that.

I would like to nominate VAL for BEST ESSAYIST.

For LIST FLIRT (male <I think>), I hereby nominate Paul Frankenstein, since
there is no category at this time for LIST SUCK-UP (to females, that is.)

I nominate WOLFESS ELLE for LIST DIPLOMAT (No, I'm NOT joking.)


And I nominate for BEST SHORT STORY WRITER, Pat Fish, and for all new
members who have not had the pleasure, you can read one fine story by Ms
