He wondered about the pill she had taken. She had tried to hide it, but he saw. And the bizarre Margaret. What of her? He glanced at her and noticed she still sat smiling at him. And Wanda, who frequently gave hateful looks to Mark, who simply bowed his head a lot and always stayed quiet. He decided to concentrate on the obvious. Morgan and Margaret. Morgan stared at her reflection in the mirror. Shirley looked back. She - both of them - knew the pill would not work for at least another 25 or 30 minutes. Morgan frantically tried to think of a solution, maybe climb out the window and go into the desert where no one could get hurt. Shirley managed a few thoughts also. She wondered about the strange Margaret. She didn't like her. Something about that woman. She would definately be the first to go. Morgan walked toward the window. Shirley turned and headed for the door back to the cafe. Morgan stopped. Shirley stopped. Cooper took a big bite of the apple pie the waitress had just set before him. --To be continued-- - Danny ---------------- Come visit me on the web at: http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Hills/4252
