But followed what? A soul, unfettered by its body, but chained to the earth. . . A soul to be gathered, collected, displayed. . . "Hmm," she mused. "A subject worthy of the Third Annual WRITERS Halloween contest." Entries should be no longer than 4,000 words. Short stories, songs, poetry all accepted, so long as the length limit is followed, and submitted no sooner than October 1st, no later than October 15th. All voting -- and yes, you're expected to vote -- will take place from October 15th - October 30th. Winner will be announced on October 31st. Prize?
