I also received another very kind offer of publication for authors of
contest submissions.  This one is not limited to winners.  Diane Mastriano
(The Blue Rose) will publish contest submissions in CBStar E-zine, in a
column called The Fruits of Inspiration, with permission of the authors,
of course.

Since there doesn't seem to be any protocol in place for internet
publishing, as far as dual publications are concerned, it's probably OK to
have your work published in both the E-zines that are offering to do so.
