Subject:      ALL: CONTEST: ANNOUNCEMENTS

If I don't hear from Anitra soon, I will send the voting results.  There
seems to be something wrong with mail, either on my server or on the
internet.  I received a message on my home service that there is an
internet problem in a section of the country.  I don't know if that's
true, but I received a couple of the votes 24 hours or more late but dated
within the voting time frame, on two different days.

I believe all the votes are in, and they have been carefully counted
numerous times, various ways.  If I receive anything from Anitra that
would change a first place win, and we can verify it, I will post a
message to the list.

All first place winners will need to send me their snail mail address so
that I can send the prize.  All or most prizes will be different.  I will
not announce the prizes, so that the winners will be surprised when they
receive them.  They can describe the prizes they receive to the list.

Although prize announcements will be coming your way very shortly, as
promised today, I will let the list know tomorrow or when I hear from
Anitra whether the tallys are correct or not.

Following announcements will be a list of entries and authors.  Everyone
is welcome to come to the PAPP interactive and gush over votes and prizes,
ballgowns, festivities, monkeys, booze, etc.
