Subject:      SUB: CONTEST: Authorship matters

I'm sending this under sub because I know some interested in the contest
are on limited topics on the list.  I've received a couple of comments on
contest submissions, which read as if the person thought I was the author
of the piece.  All contest submissions will arrive under my name or Tink's
name, in order to keep authors anonymous until the conclusion of voting.

I am NOT entering the contest.  I am not voting in the contest.  Because
Anitra will be helping me count votes, I *could* enter -- either one of us
could -- but I just don't have time to do a sub right now.

If you wish to send comments to the author, send them to me and I will
forward to the author.  The comments I received were done exactly right in
that regard, but I want everyone to know that these wonderful submissions
are NOT *my* works of art.  Authors will be revealed when the winners are
announced, after voting.
