"I think they're all in Hong Kong, Phanny," Xiao remarks.  "And I should
be there, too.... moral support to my bud, Rqy..."

"CK hadda lovely dress last year, Xiao.... "

<chuckle> "I remember you had a bit of trouble keeping Muttpup out of
yours!"

Phanny grins and lunges phor the monkey, but he jumps agilely out of reach
on the ceiling lights.

Suddenly there is a strang roar outside, almost like an earthquake.
Phanny and Xiao peer out to see the ground heaving up in at lightening
speed in a curious zigzag line, toward the tavern.

"Eh, what's up, Doc?" says Bugs Bunny as he pops up from a hole just
outside the door.  "Some young pup said my presence was requested here...
the noive!"

"Hey Bugs!  You bring anybody with you this time?" Phanny asks.

"Eh.... lemmee see..... <Bugs reached into the hole and pulls out a bunch
of limp carrots>  "Nah, that ain't it..... eh, *here* it is!" he says and
plops down a bewildered looking Momkat on the step.

She blinks and looks around.... and hisses.... "How did I get here?"

Phanny checks the horizon for signs of others.....
