IF EVERY POT HAS A LID, WHY DO I ALWAYS END UP WITH SARAN WRAP?

*T_____ was the first
He had a great smile
But his loyalties mixed
So it ended in trial

Then came *Mr._____
Who I never quite pinned
He ran hot and cold
And so - gone with the wind.

Another *T_____ came along
Quite fun, I'll admit
Getting close was my downfall
He couldn't commit.

And the love of my life
Mr. *H_____ from the dance
The lid to the pot?
Not a Hell-freezing chance!

There are others that came
Much to short-lived to mention
But mocking these boys
Is not my intention

To get some good answers
That's why I write
How to find the illusive,
(Dare I say?) - "Mr. Right".

Please someone just tell me
What to do when unlovered
Until then I'll remain
Content, but uncovered.
