Please reserve all critiques on contest entries until after Valentine's Day! ======================================================================= Buffer Man with head chopping cleaver Man who has caught the fever Ever sick with love inside Kept upon leash, trying to hide With such a swoon His soft heart croon: "Come for me my every glee My life and soul Come fill this hole If you would not come live as ought I would forever mope Contemplate hanging rope But going on without love so fond would hardly be pleasing Time to stop endless teasing Will ourselves to share Love is not made of air It binds things powerfully close Unbreakable in presence of time All it tkes is a small dose Come, we shall commit a heinous crime As different from moon and sun Together our love will be as one Rending everything else a far off dream Yes, it is for this moment to scream What is a dream if not to make true? Having so many, living so few Living takes time and effort Reality's sliding walls cut dreaming curt." ------------------------------------------- They say it takes money to make money. They're right. You even need a coin to scratch off a lottery ticket. Michelle winebird@inreach.com
