What is the diff between langue and parole?

there are six letters each, both ending in e.

there's an l and an a in both, though the arrangement is a bit different.

ngu and pro...well, I suppose one could argue that g and p are
related, perhaps through a mirror, darkly?  and n and r seem like
brothers, one with a short...well, whatever that appendage is?  the
other one has the droop, but at least it reaches the ground (as Abe is
reputed to have said about his lengthy appendages).

u and o, naturally, do both swear allegiance to the vowels, gluing
consonants together at the least whisper of breath in the mouth.

So, I suppose there is not so much difference as one might think.

after all, if all the letters are related, can the meanings be far
behind?

sorry, teacher, I'll sit quietly and listen while you expand upon the
weighty meaning of these terms, shining a critical lamp upon the
unplumbed cavities of thought lurking in the proper use of rhetorical
slashes and slanders and similar slithery slippery cinnamon jawbreaker
sucking sounds...

so what is the diff?
