Molecular Neuroscience: Development and function of GABAergic synapses

An opening is available for a postdoctoral fellow to join the research team in Dr. Yingxi Lin's laboratory at the McGovern Institute for Brain Research at MIT. The laboratory studies the development and function of GABAergic inhibitory circuits in the brain, employing a combination of molecular and cellular biology, biochemistry, mouse genetics, mouse behavior, and electrophysiology techniques. Recent PhDs with a strong background in one or more of these areas are encouraged to apply.
