The ComSoc & Information Theory Society Joint Paper Award was awarded to Tracey Ho , Muriel Medard , Rolf Kotter , David Karger, Michelle Effros Jun Shi, Ben Leong for their paper entitled "A Random Linear Network Coding Approach to Multicast".
The William R. Bennett Prize in the Field of Communications Networking award was given to Sachin Katti , Hariharan Rahul, Wenjun Hu, Dina Katabi, Muriel Medard, Jon Crowcroft for their paper entitled , "XORs in the Air: Practical Wireless Network Coding".
