Childbirth Education Classes
The Center for Health Promotion
and Wellness and Mount Auburn Hospital offer a variety
of classes; these classes are free for members of the MIT
Traditional and Flexible health plans and the MIT Student
and Affiliate extended insurance plans:
- Childbirth Preparation
- Getting Ready for Baby
MIT Medical/Cambridge
Health Education classes are held monthly. Some classes are
only for those receiving care from MIT Medical Obstetrics.

Mount Auburn Hospital
Mount Auburn Hospital offers childbirth preparation classes,
with new sessions beginning frequently. For more information
