Like Work In Fitness™, Work In Fitness For
Women™ is an exercise conditioning class that
helps improve overall strength, flexibility, coordination,
and balance while fortifying specific areas that are challenged
by long hours of sitting in a passive work environment: neck,
shoulders, abdominals, lower back, hamstrings and hip flexors.
Class incorporates Chinese Kung Fu and Chi K'ung exercises
supplemented with upper body strength training, mat work
for core conditioning and additional bone strengthening exercises
to help reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Work In Fitness
For Women™ is
a Dorri Li Fitness Signature Workout. Wear comfortable clothes
and athletic shoes. Weights and floor mats provided. Led
by Dorri Li.
