Policies and Registration

Class Registration

Wellness classes have limited enrollment, so sign up as early as possible. To register, mail your registration form and payment to:

Payments

Credit cards and checks (payable to MIT Medical) are the only acceptable forms of payment. No cash will be accepted. When we receive payment, we will send enrollment confirmation. For questions concerning registration, contact us at 617-258-5363.

Classes are held at MIT Medical, Building E23.

Program Refund Policy
