Senior Strength and Balance

New classes begin December 2003
Reduce your risk of osteoporosis, increase your muscle tone
and improve your balance in this class designed for older
participants and others who are interested in beginning a
gently, slow- paced exercise program. The class will incorporate
basic tai chi techniques for joint mobility and balance. Small
hand weights will be used upper body strength and conditioning.
