Losing Weight the Healthy Way
MIT Medical/Cambridge
New classes begin December 2003
This nutrition, fitness and weight management class will
include tips for eating healthfully at home and at restaurants,
creating a realistic weight management plan, staying motivated,
understanding your eating behaviors, fitting in fitness, and
much more. Each class will include a short exercise segment.
The program also includes an optional weekly self weigh-in.
Led by health educator, Marlisa Febbriello, M.P.H.
