Choosing a Personal Physician

Each family member should have his or her own personal clinician. While it is optional for students to select a personal clinician, all employees and their dependents must pick a personal clinician when you enroll in the Traditional or Flexible Health Plans. Specialists in internal medicine and family practice serve as personal clinicians for adults; specialists in pediatrics serve as personal clinicians for children; and clinicians who specialize in adolescent medicine family practice typically serve as personal clinicians for young adults.

To find a personal clinician, look through the listings below. We recommend that you find one who sees patients at the MIT Medical center nearest your home or work - either in Cambridge or Lexington.

To choose or change your personal clinician, please complete the Personal Clinician Choice form or call Patient Registration at 617-253-6286. For questions, please contact Claims and Member Services at 617-253-5979 or by email at mservices@med.mit.edu.

Unless otherwise noted, the following clinicians are accepting new patients. For more information please visit the clinician's information page by clicking on their name below.
