Claims and Member Services is dedicated to:

  • Answering questions about your coverage, benefits, and any problems with the Traditional and Flexible MIT Health Plans, Kwajalein Option, MIT Student Extended Insurance Plan, and MIT Affiliate Extended Insurance Plan

  • Answering billing questions concerning services obtained through one of our affiliated hospitals, such as Massachusetts General, Brigham & Women's Hospital, Children's Hospital Boston, and Mount Auburn Hospital

  • Processing claims for several MIT services administered by MIT Health Plans, notably prescription drugs and outpatient mental health. Claim forms, which are available in the Forms section, specify where to mail your claims
