Welcome: Meet MIT Medical's New Clinicians
Ask Lucy: Herpes, Stair-Climbing, and Liver

Every January, MIT Medical offers a variety of workshops on many different health topics. This year, choose from four different series: managing stress, nutrition and fitness, healthy minds, and your health (part of the year-round Your Health workshop series). Attending all or most sessions within a single series will provide a wide range of information in that topic area—but there are no prerequisites for any workshop, so you can attend as many or as few as you would like.

All programs are free and open to the entire MIT community: students, employees, retirees, and families. No pre-registration is required.

Workshops will be held in Buildings 4, E25, and W35 (the new Zesiger Center). See workshop listings for locations, and visit http://whereis.mit.edu/ for a campus map that identifies individual MIT buildings.

For more information, contact health educator Marlisa Febbriello (617/ 253-5770 or febb@med.mit.edu) or visit the Health Education Web page.
