Eligibility
Most of our clinical services are available for no extra charge
if you're enrolled in the MIT Student
Medical Plan, MIT Affiliate
Medical Plan, and Traditional
and Flexible MIT Health Plans. For dental coverage options,
please refer to our Dental
Service.
If you're not enrolled in one of our health plans, your health
insurance may cover some or all of your treatment at MIT Medical.
For most services, you also have the option of paying at the
time of your visit.
For information about eligibility for MIT Medical services,
please call our Billing Office at 617-258-5336.
Personal Physician
We encourage everyone who uses our services to choose a personal
physician as your first point of contact for a medical
need. Sometimes called a primary care doctor, the personal
physician can coordinate your health care, perform routine
physical exams, and help you decide on the most appropriate
services or course of treatment.
