MIT Medical health educators at The
Center for Health Promotion & Wellness are behavior
change specialists who are available to discuss your wellness
goals. Wellness is multi-dimensional and may incorporate
areas such as fitness, nutrition, tobacco and other substances,
stress management, and healthy relationships. Goals
include life balance and attaining the highest quality
of life possible. Confidential consultations are
available in person or by phone.
