MIT ID Card
To receive this card you must present a photo ID (driver's license or passport, etc.) and proof of affiliation (marriage/relationship to student/MIT employer). The potential cardholder must also have his or her partner's (the person who is an actual MIT student, employee, etc.) ID number.
The MIT ID card can be programmed
to allow access to: on-campus housing, campus facilities (e.g. athletics,
MIT museum) and parking lots. The MIT ID card may also be used for the
following purposes: library privilege, MIT Coop, MITAC and several off-campus
museums.
