Students are expected to respect the rights and property of fellow residents, and not abuse the facilities or furnishings of the Residence Halls. Most issues involving student conduct in the Residence Halls are dealt with through the self-governing system of student judicial committees or by the House Team. In case of serious infractions of Institute policies and procedures, the Dean’s Office or the Committee on Discipline may also impose sanctions, including suspension from Institute Housing.
