Passports and Visas
Passports should be kept valid at all times. The Certificate of Eligibility [Form I-20 for F-1 status, DS-2019 for J-1 status] should be valid throughout the course of your studies at MIT. In addition, I-20s and DS-2019s must be signed by International Advisors before you travel out of the US. F-1 and J-1 visas must be valid upon entry or re-entry into the US.
