RLP supports community-building efforts of students, Graduate Resident Tutors, Graduate Coordinators, Housemasters, and House Managers. Working with house governments, RLP provides program resources and leadership training. The RLP staff also offers assistance for issues related to living situations, advocacy for housing concerns, and emergency on-call support to the MIT community.
