All 911 telephone calls made from a cellular telephone go to the State Police in Framingham who transfer them to Cambridge Police. In case of an on campus emergency dial 617.253.1212 from cellular telephones.

It is particularly important to note that each member of the MIT community has the right to be free from acts of violence and threats of violence. Members of the MIT community are expected and required to comply with all city, state and Federal laws.
