Screen Shot 2014-08-29 at 11.08.45 AM

Yanni Loukissas of Georgia Tech and I are pleased to publish the executable version of our Apollo Lunar Landing Visualization.

It comes as a Mac OSX Application for two screen resolutions
Downloads:

VisualApollo 1920×1200.app (for desktop)

VisualApollo 1440×900.app (for laptop)

To use: start up the application; you can drag the vertical white line to browse the timeline. Type the number and letter keys at the bottom left to turn data sources on or off.

See our paper on the visualization from Design Issues:

There’s also a video on Vimeo, though it’s low resolution
